- Familiarity with data centre technologies such as virtualisation networking, storage networking, and ToR/aggregation switching.
- Experience managing L2/L3 architectures, spine/leaf designs, VLT, vPC, and high availability network topologies.
- Ability to perform firmware/software upgrades across Cisco and Dell platforms with proper change controls.
- Skilled in network troubleshooting using CLI, packet captures, syslogs, and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of network security (ACLs, port security, TACACS/RADIUS, segmentation).
- Expertise in creating and maintaining network documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
