ELEVÉTION HEALTH is a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to redefining the health and wellness experience with a focus on preventative health, performance medicine, healthspan and lifespan optimization. Our interdisciplinary team offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to individual needs, aiming to optimize personalized wellness strategies for each client based on their uniqueness and individuality.
This is a part-time remote role for a Telehealth Physician Partner at ELEVÉTION HEALTH. The initial phase will need active patient support then building the Telehealth Physician Partner to be responsible for providing infrastructure and oversight of virtual consultations, diagnosing health issues, prescribing treatment plans, and offering medical guidance to clients while supporting the provider team. The role involves collaborating with clinical staff, specialists and wellness coaches to optimize the overall health, performance and fitness goals of clients.
Qualifications:
- Telemedicine, virtual consultation, and remote diagnosis skills
- 4+ years of experience prescribing advanced peptides and GLP-1 medications (e.g., semaglutide, tirzepatide)
- 1+ years of telemedicine experience, including on-camera consultations
- 3+ years of experience in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, or relevant specialties like Obesity Management
- Board certification in relevant specialties
- Ability to prescribe treatment plans and offer medical guidance with new medication therapies
- Experience in collaborating with clinical staff and wellness coaches
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Board-certified in a relevant medical specialty
- Experience in preventive healthcare and wellness strategies
- Advanced understanding of holistic health approaches
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
