About The Role
We’re looking for a Tech Support Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role—4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.
What You’ll Do:
- Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping.
- Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office.
- AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably.
- End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team.
- Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners.
- New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives.
- Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work.
- Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides.
What you bring:
- A friendly, end-user focused attitude: You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
- Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling).
- A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
