We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and elevate the social presence across both the ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative brands. You will manage ElevenCreative on X and LinkedIn, ElevenLabs on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and our community on Discord. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of content strategy, lightweight video editing, and community.
You will plan the calendar, capture product moments with our AI creative producers and product teams, and do the recording and editing yourself using tools like Screen Studio, assembling clips, adding text and motion, and adapting each post natively for its platform. You will stay ahead of trends and cultural moments, up‑level the brand voice and the quality bar across channels, track performance, and use the data to keep improving what we publish.
The right person lives on social platforms, understands what makes content work natively on each one, and has strong opinions about how an AI‑native brand should show up. You should be comfortable writing sharp copy, running a content calendar across multiple channels, and thinking strategically about audience growth and brand positioning.
What you will do:
- Own the social content calendar across X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn for both ElevenCreative and ElevenLabs, plus our community on Discord, from planning through publishing.
- Coordinate with AI creative producers and product teams to capture product moments such as screen recordings, motion demos, and feature walkthroughs, and adapt them into social‑ready assets.
- Record and edit content yourself using tools like Screen Studio, assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting natively for each platform.
- Own and grow our Discord community, sparking conversation, surfacing feedback, and keeping it active.
- Plan and execute social content around product launches, feature releases, and company moments.
- Work with the creator partnerships and community teams to source creator work, align on campaigns, and amplify content across channels.
- Monitor platform analytics, tracking engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion, and use the data to refine strategy.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments to find opportunities for the brand.
- Up‑level the brand voice and raise the quality bar across every channel, keeping a consistent identity.
- Manage community engagement across platforms, responding to comments, surfacing feedback, and joining the right conversations.
- Develop and iterate on content formats that drive engagement and show product capabilities to creators and marketers.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a technology or creative tools company, with a portfolio of work you can share.
- Ability to do lightweight video editing, assembling clips, adding text and motion overlays, and formatting content for different platforms.
- Comfortable recording and editing your own content with tools like Screen Studio, turning product moments into native posts without waiting on a producer.
- Proven ability to write sharp, platform‑native copy across X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Fluency in social analytics, you know how to pull insights from native platform dashboards and translate them into content decisions.
- Experience coordinating content across cross‑functional teams (video, community, partnerships, product marketing).
- A genuine understanding of the AI and creative tools landscape, you follow the space, use the tools, and have informed opinions about where things are headed.
Bonus:
- Experience managing social for a product used by creators and marketers (e.g., Adobe, Canva, Figma, Runway, or similar).
- Experience running or growing a community channel such as Discord.
- Experience with social scheduling and management tools (Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, or similar).
- Experience building a social presence from early stage or leading a rebrand on social.
