ElevenLabs is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager to own the experimentation program turning paid traffic into signups, activations, and revenue. You will own strategy and execution across the on-site funnel—from marketing site to signup and onboarding—and drive gains through a disciplined, data‑driven testing program.

The ideal candidate balances strategy with hands‑on execution: form hypotheses, design tests, build and QA variants, and interpret results to deliver durable.
