About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $11B.

We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

  • ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
  • ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
  • ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

How we work:

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have.
  • AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results.
  • Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
  • Global team: We prioritise your talent, not your location.

What we offer:

  • Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI.
  • Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact.
  • Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
  • Social travel: We provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year.
  • Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location.
  • Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.

About the role:

We’re hiring an Automations Engineer to build the systems that run our influencer and creator marketing program at scale. You’ll own that automation layer end-to-end: designing, building, and maintaining the workflows and integrations that let a lean team manage thousands of creators without manual busywork.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable in no-code and low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and writing custom code (Python or JavaScript) against APIs. You think in systems, care about reliability and clean data, and get satisfaction from replacing a manual process with a workflow that just runs.

This role is highly cross-functional and will partner closely with the influencer/creator team, marketing ops, finance, legal, and data/BI.

What you will do:

  • Creator discovery: build automations that query social platforms and databases for profiles matching brand keywords and follower thresholds.
  • CRM data sync: automatically push new influencer profiles and contact details into the team’s database.
  • Onboarding: send automated welcome packets, brand guidelines, and brief templates when a creator joins.
  • Contract generation: auto-fill creator names, dates, and payout rates into legal templates from form data, and route for e-signature.
  • Content reminders: trigger automated Slack messages or emails to creators before posting deadlines.
  • Content tracking: use APIs to log when an influencer posts and capture live links automatically.
  • Data aggregation: pull views, likes, comments, and clicks from social APIs into a central dashboard.
  • Report generation: produce weekly and monthly performance spreadsheets without manual data entry.
  • ROI calculation: compute cost-per-engagement and conversion rates automatically for each campaign.
  • Invoice processing: route creator invoices to finance systems once content is verified as live.
  • Payment status alerts: send automated notifications to finance and creators when payments process.
  • Build and maintain the integrations and webhook triggers that connect social platforms, CRM, finance, Slack, and e-signature tools.
  • Own reliability: error handling, monitoring, secrets management, and audit trails so automations run cleanly and securely.
  • Validate and troubleshoot data (SQL) and document workflows so they stay maintainable as the program scales.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building automations with no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript) for custom logic and API work.
  • Experience integrating APIs and building webhook-driven workflows across marketing, CRM, and finance systems.
  • SQL proficiency for data validation and troubleshooting.
  • Systems thinking with strong attention to reliability, error handling, and clean data.
  • Comfort with secrets management, authentication, and basic security and audit practices for automations.
  • Clear communicator who can partner with non-technical marketing, finance, and legal stakeholders.
  • You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building systems from the ground up.

Bonus:

  • Experience with influencer/creator marketing platforms (CreatorIQ, GRIN, Upfluence, Aspire, or similar).
  • Experience with social platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, YouTube).
  • Experience with e-signature (DocuSign) and payment/finance integrations (PayPal, Stripe, Bill.com, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data warehouses and BI tools.
  • Experience using AI/LLMs to build or accelerate automations.

Location:

This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Madrid, Warsaw and many more.

We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
