About the role:

We’re looking for a Tech Support Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role—4 days per week on‑site and one day working from home.

What You'll Do:

• Device lifecycle management: Assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns and secure wiping.
• Office IT support: Provide on‑hand support to our colleagues in our London office.
• AV support: Ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably.
• End‑user support: Handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team.
• Onboarding: Run IT onboarding calls for new joiners.
• New IT projects: Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives.
• Automation and tooling: Build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work.
• Documentation: Write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides.

What you bring:

• A friendly, end‑user focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Comfort with common IT fundamentals (macOS, networking basics, SaaS tooling).
• A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus:

• Prior experience in a high‑growth/startup environment.
• Experience in a customer or public‑facing role.
• Familiarity with bash scripting.
