This role involves designing and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy to improve the performance and productivity of sales teams across multiple regions.

You will be responsible for leading a global enablement team, focusing on onboarding new hires, delivering technical training, developing outbound strategies, and integrating AI fluency into enablement processes.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy tailored for global enterprise go‑to‑market motions, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and growth plans.
  • Identify the highest‑impact areas for enablement investment, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategic goals to maximize ROI.
  • Design and deliver verticalized training programs that are customized to specific customer segments, industries, and geographies, ensuring relevance and effectiveness across diverse markets.
  • Establish clear, measurable metrics to evaluate the success of enablement initiatives, focusing on pipeline development, revenue growth, and behavioral change within sales teams.
  • Lead a global enablement function that covers onboarding new sales hires, technical product training, and outbound sales strategies, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
  • Set strategic direction for enablement teams and define measurement frameworks to track progress and impact, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in enablement, with a focus on technical products and mature enterprise sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in enabling sellers across diverse use cases, buyer types, and platform strategies.
  • Hands‑on experience in sales, with a deep understanding of the sales process and sales cycle management.
  • Practical experience working with AI agents, API tools, or related automation technologies to enhance enablement workflows.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute enablement strategies, including designing measurement frameworks to track performance and impact.
  • Experience defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for Account Executives, Account Managers, and SDR teams, and using data to inform enablement initiatives.
  • Ability to build scalable enablement programs that can be deployed across multiple regions and time zones, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with a track record of building enablement functions, systems, and standards from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
