About the role We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to lead our experimentation efforts and drive signups, activations, and revenue.
You will manage the entire on-site funnel, creating a data-backed testing program that improves performance across our marketing pages and onboarding flows.

What you'll do
- Develop and manage the CRO strategy and testing roadmap for our marketing site and onboarding funnels.
- Generate test hypotheses using session data, user research, and analytics.
- Build, QA, and deploy A/B and multivariate tests while ensuring statistical integrity.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and copy teams to ship high-quality test variants.
- Evaluate test results, document insights, and implement winning changes permanently.
- Set up end-to-end funnel tracking to ensure accurate measurement of conversion impact.
- Coordinate with lifecycle and performance marketing to align on-site conversion with traffic sources.
- Increase the speed and precision of our experimentation program as we scale.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of managing a CRO program that produced verifiable revenue and conversion growth.
- Practical experience with A/B testing platforms like Growth Book, Statsig, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
- Front-end development skills including Java Script, CSS, and HTML.
- Strong grasp of statistical methods, including sample size requirements and significance testing.
- Experience optimizing funnels for both lead-gen and self-serve user journeys.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build programs from scratch.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.
