About the role:

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our global Talent team at ElevenLabs. This is not a conventional recruiter role — you'll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, with a focus on Forward Deployed Engineering.

Your day might look like:

• Owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical roles across our forward deployment team.
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to deeply understand problems and continuously raise the hiring bar.
• Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies.
• Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to candidates.
• Serving as an ambassador for ElevenLabs.
• Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes and data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience hiring top-tier technical and forward deployed talent in competitive markets.
• Experience running full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Strong ability to manage high-complexity searches.
• Skilled at translating technical and business needs into clear hiring strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
• Curious, creative, and genuinely interested in engineering and AI.

Location: This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a strong preference for LATAM, APAC, and EMEA regions.
