Sobre el puesto
Como parte del equipo de confianza, colaborarás con distintas áreas para diseñar e implementar sistemas que agilicen los flujos de trabajo de confianza, mejoren la toma de decisiones sobre riesgos y respalden un crecimiento responsable. El equipo trabaja como asesor estratégico de colaboradores clave de distintas funciones, incluidos Producto, Operaciones, Legal, Marketing e Ingeniería.
En este puesto, serás responsable de:
- Gestión integral de procesos: Crear y mantener automatizaciones estratégicas y procesos estandarizados.
- Colaboración interfuncional: Colaborar con los equipos de Ingeniería y Crecimiento.
- Colaboración con el equipo directivo: Ser asesor de confianza del equipo directivo.
- Estrategía basada en datos: Supervisar los análisis de las distintas funciones de confianza.
- Informes y análisis: Liderar el diseño y la gestión de paneles, informes e indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI).
