ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support enterprise customers across Central and Eastern Europe. In this role, you'll drive adoption of our platform while managing onboarding and enablement tactics. You will analyze product usage, enhance customer experiences, and focus on commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, is fluent in Polish and English, and has a strong builder mindset to proactively address customer needs. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an early go-to-market team.
