About the role
We are looking for a Data Scientist focused on marketing analytics to power the insights that drive our B2B growth engine. You will work at the intersection of data and go‑to‑market strategy, helping us understand what makes B2B prospects convert, which channels and campaigns drive the highest‑quality pipeline, and how to prioritise our marketing investments. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to build dashboards that track funnel health, develop lead‑scoring models that surface the right opportunities, and conduct deep analyses that uncover what’s working and what’s not.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who combines analytical rigor with business intuition—a builder who can translate complex data into clear recommendations and isn’t afraid to proactively surface opportunities before being asked.
Requirements
- Expertise in marketing and revenue analytics, with a strong foundation in SQL and Python and familiarity with analytics tools across the data stack.
- Experience working with CRM data (Salesforce preferred) and understanding of B2B sales funnels, pipeline metrics, and lead lifecycle stages.
- Strong analytical intuition with an ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes and derive actionable insights from messy, real‑world data.
- A deep understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and attribution.
- Experience building dashboards and reports that drive decision‑making across marketing and sales teams.
- Proven ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Not afraid to get your hands dirty to get the job done, whether it’s cleaning up CRM data, debugging tracking issues, or building new reporting infrastructure as our needs evolve.
Location
This role is remote‑first, so it can be executed from anywhere from US east to Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York, and Warsaw.
