Eleven Labs is seeking a Customer Success Lead to guide a cross functional CS team across the UK&I region.

You will balance people leadership with strategic direction, driving renewal and expansion while ensuring high customer value.

You will act as a player coach, directly engaging priority accounts, shaping post sales strategy, and building scalable processes to improve adoption and outcomes.

This role is remote-first within the UK&I.
