At ElevenLabs, we believe AI will fundamentally change how companies grow and win customers. As an AI Automations Engineer, you'll be at the heart of that transformation—designing and building the next generation of tooling for go-to-market (GTM), Operations, and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the design and implementation of internal tools and infrastructure that directly support our revenue teams.
- Build AI agents to automate processes, surface insights, and integrate data across multiple tools and resources.
- Partner with strategy and operations teams to deeply understand the customer and sales lifecycle, then automate, optimize, and reimagine it with code.
- Own & launch experiments to identify new ways to scale and optimize ElevenLabs operations, and drive their development and implementation.
- Design and deliver technical enablement that makes insights actionable across the ElevenLabs teams, through education, tooling, and streamlined workflows.
- Be a force multiplier: rapidly prototype and deploy full-stack features that have immediate business impact.
Requirements
- Strong full‑stack engineering skills: comfortable moving across frontend, backend, and infrastructure as needed. Minimum requirements: Python, SQL.
- Builder mindset: move fast, work independently, and uncover specs through action. Identify patterns, opportunities to automate or standardize, and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Deep product intuition: think in terms of systems and workflows, care about the business impact of what you build. Enjoy designing & building tools that empower internal teams to move faster and operate more independently.
- Passionate about AI: eager to explore how AI can transform B2B sales, marketing, operation, and finance. Experience with data, AI agents, LLMs, prompting, and common integration patterns across tools and systems.
Location
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. Specific teams may have specific location preferences.
