I'm looking for an experienced Technical Safety Consultant to join a well-known and established business. You’ll support the offshore and wider energy industry by delivering risk assessments, safety case updates, ALARP justifications, HAZID/HAZOP studies, QRA, and consequence modelling.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a wide range of technical safety projects for major energy clients
- Provide high-quality risk and safety analysis to support regulatory and operational decisions
- Collaborate closely with a team of specialists and support junior engineers
- Work on-site in our Aberdeen office ~3 days a week, with hybrid/flexible options available
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to solve complex safety challenges
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in Technical Safety within the energy or a similar technical industry
- Experience in safety case reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, QRA, and consequence modelling
- Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field
- Confident communicator with a track record in project delivery and client engagement
