Eleven have been retained by a Clean Tech business based in Oxford, who are looking for a Senior EC&I Engineer. The role is primarily looking at the design and delivery of the Electrical and Control systems for advanced manufacturing processes on site. There is optimisation of existing equipment, as well as design and commissioning of new / unique equipment and processes. What you'll do:
- Lead the design and delivery of machinery electrical and control systems from concept through to commissioning.
- Ensure compliance with machinery safety and regulatory standards (ISO 13849, IEC 60204, BS 7671, etc.).
- Support process and equipment development, including instrumentation specification and integration.
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proficient with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks Electrical), Excel, and Visio.
- A proactive, hands-on engineer with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with Siemens PLCs and industrial or chemical process equipment.
- TUV certification or equivalent safety qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
