We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join the Pilot Plant Operations team. This hands-on role combines technical problem-solving with shift leadership, supporting safe and efficient pilot-scale manufacturing.
What you’ll do:
- Act as technical lead on shift, guiding and supporting technicians
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real time
- Monitor and adjust key process parameters to maintain quality and safety
- Support trials, process improvements, and continuous development initiatives
- Drive efficiency, safety, and quality improvements while developing team skills
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
