We are looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join the Pilot Plant Operations team. This hands-on role combines technical problem-solving with shift leadership, supporting safe and efficient pilot-scale manufacturing.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as technical lead on shift, guiding and supporting technicians
  • Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real time
  • Monitor and adjust key process parameters to maintain quality and safety
  • Support trials, process improvements, and continuous development initiatives
  • Drive efficiency, safety, and quality improvements while developing team skills
