We are supporting an innovative advanced materials technology company that is looking for an experienced Lead Analytical Scientist to drive the development of advanced material characterisation capabilities within a fast-paced R&D environment. This role combines hands-on scientific investigation with technical leadership, supporting the development of next-generation materials through advanced analytical techniques, method development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in understanding the relationships between process, structure, properties, and performance to support product development and commercialisation. You will take ownership of analytical programmes, working independently and collaboratively to deliver high-impact scientific outcomes.
