Project Manager\\n\\nLocation: UK (Hybrid – Site Visits Required)\\n\\nAn established specialist in safety-critical engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects across the UK.\\n\\nYou will be accountable for programme, cost, quality, safety, and commercial performance from tender through to handover, operating in highly regulated environments. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering technically complex works.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead safety-first delivery, embedding a strong nuclear safety culture\\nManage NEC and other contracts, including change, early warnings, and cost control\\nOwn project programmes, milestones, and recovery strategies\\nLead client and stakeholder relationships, representing the business at senior level\\nCoordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site delivery teams\\nIdentify and manage project risks and opportunitiesAbout You\\n\\nProven experience delivering multi-disciplinary construction or engineering projects (HVAC, pipework, electrical)\\nStrong NEC contract knowledge and commercial awareness\\nExperience working in safety-critical or highly regulated environments\\nConfident leader able to perform under pressure and tight programmes\\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\\nDegree (or equivalent) in engineering, construction management, or related discipline\\nSMSTS/IOSH and nuclear/defence experience desirable
