An innovative clean‐energy technology company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support the scale‐up and commissioning of advanced process systems.
The Role
You will lead process commissioning activities from build through FAT/SAT and start‐up, working closely with multi‐disciplinary engineering teams and external suppliers. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the commissioning and start‐up of electrolyser systems, ensuring they meet design, safety, and performance requirements. The ideal candidate is expected to eventually lead the commissioning function within the business.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering (or similar)
- 5+ years process engineering / commissioning experience
- Strong knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, process design, and equipment sizing
- Experience in hazardous or regulated environments
- Working knowledge of process safety (HAZOP, LOPA, ATEX/IECEx)
- Willingness to travel for commissioning activities
- Experience working on a COMAH site
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
