We are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join a globally recognised infrastructure company delivering a large sustainable energy project. Our client is a leading international organisation operating across more than 40 countries, specialising in the development of major infrastructure that creates a positive environmental and social impact. We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality digital construction projects.

Working closely with the Project Information Manager and BIM Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining a robust digital framework and ensuring consistency, coordination, and data integrity across all project models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and Information Management Plan
  • Assist in enforcing model naming conventions, parameters, and asset data standards
  • Contribute to model quality assurance processes, including audits and reporting
  • Help develop and apply clash detection workflows and reporting templates
Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and IFC workflows
  • Strong experience with Navisworks Manage and BIMcollab for coordination and issue tracking
  • Familiarity with Blender or BlenderBIM for geometry and data visualization
