Junior Asset Manager

We are searching for a Junior Asset Manager who has experience on both the technical and commercial aspects of solar PV assets who will join the team of our client, based in London. This role will oversee the performance, compliance, and commercial performance of the solar portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plant layouts, designs, and yield assessments, and monitor daily asset performance, analyse KPIs, and optimise production.
• Support late-stage construction, commissioning, PAC, and operational handover.
• Manage O&M and EPC contracts, insurance policies, LDs, claims, and commercial settlements.
• Manage PPAs, DNO relationships, landowners, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Work closely with finance teams on budgets, cashflow, bonds, retentions, and SPV financials.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience working on both the technical and commercial aspects.
• Previous experience managing large scale solar farms, revamping solar assets, and calculating assets KPIs and performance monitoring.
