Eleven are partnering with a leading Wind Turbine Manufacturer with a strong UK presence, delivering large-scale multi-MW projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with wind industry expertise to support project delivery across the UK.

This is a remote based position with regular site rotations, giving you the opportunity to work on a variety of wind projects nationwide.

As Site Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of new wind farm installations, major repairs, and maintenance projects. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

  • Manage day-to-day site activities on wind turbine projects
  • Support project teams to ensure delivery against timelines and milestones
  • Work closely with specialist contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution
  • Scope and plan electrical works packages in line with project requirements
  • Assist the commercial/sales team with technical input for bids and tenders

Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar role within the wind industry

Experience working on wind turbine installation, servicing, or maintenance projects
