We’re on the hunt for a Midweight Designer to join the creative team, here at Eleven.
As a Midweight Designer you’ll be at the heart of our creative team with the opportunity to create innovative campaigns, brands and digital solutions that inspire and engage audiences across all mediums including social, print, film and digital. This role calls for a versatile designer with strong conceptual thinking and the technical skills to bring their ideas to life.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Senior Creative and Production Lead, plus the Client Service and Strategy teams to deliver impactful work that aligns with client goals. You’ll be adaptable with an eye for detail and commitment to high-quality outputs will ensure that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations.
We are looking for someone who can commit to working at our office in Nantwich two days a week.

We work with clients such as Oxfam, Living Wage Foundation, The King’s Trust and University of Suffolk.
- Interpret client briefs into compelling, strategic design solutions for a diverse range of clients.
- Assist senior creatives in the generation of creative solutions for pitches and proposals.
- Create fresh and original ideas while sticking to brand guidelines but often pushing their boundaries and confidently communicate design rationale.
- Collaborate across our teams (Strategy, Client Services, Marketing and Operations) to ensure cohesive and impactful project outcomes.
- Lead the creation of engaging social media assets that showcase the agency and support the marketing team in elevating the Eleven brand's awareness and perception.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility between creative outputs and styles.
- Maintain awareness for new trends, technologies, techniques and industry advancements.
- Clear ability to communicate ideas through conceptual design and visual storytelling.
- A strong understanding of design principles, with a keen eye for typography and layout design across multiple mediums.
- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions effectively.
- Ability to take ownership and balance multiple projects at any one time.
- A team player, with excellent collaboration skills, who is eager to work closely with other designers and teams.
- An eye for the details and desire to produce polished, high-quality work.
- Software proficiency in Adobe suite, Figma etc. and a willingness to explore other design tools.
- Ability to take and give constructive feedback plus clearly communicate creative direction to others.
- A curiosity and enthusiasm for all things creative, beyond your day-to-day role.
- Bonus - Familiarity with accessibility principles in design, with a commitment to inclusive design practices.
4+ years’ experience as a designer/creative in design, marketing or advertising agencies.
Experience working on a variety of projects, including campaigns, brand identity, digital design, and typesetting for large print documents.
Experience working in digital design using the Adobe suite, Figma, Sketch or XD.
Has worked with both large and small companies (3rd sector - a bonus).
Competitive salary (£30-£35k dependent on experience and/or expertise).
