We're looking for a motivated Process Engineer to join the Pilot Plant Operations team. This hands-on role combines technical problem-solving with shift leadership, supporting safe and efficient pilot-scale manufacturing.
What you'll do:
- Act as technical lead on shift, guiding and supporting technicians
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues in real time
- Monitor and adjust key process parameters to maintain quality and safety
