Documentation Specialist Commodities – Senior Associate / Associate
Exciting opportunity to join a leading Global Commodity Trading company.
Due to expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a Documentation Associate to join their Operations team. Dynamic and always challenging, this role will complement the responsibilities of the other team members and work as part of the team to achieve the Operation Group’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and reviewing physical and financial contracts for various commodities
- T+1 Trade checkouts
- Liaising with Trading/Logistics team to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Maintenance of Confirm reporting database.
- Reconciling OTC and Exchange Traded positions
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Project Management
Skills and Experience Required:
