We are seeking an enthusiastic Process Engineer with experience or strong interest in process development, piloting, and scale-up. This role is ideal for a chemical engineer who enjoys taking process concepts from early development through to pilot and small-scale production. You will play a key role in developing and modifying manufacturing processes, supporting pilot installations, process improvements, and small production runs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help establish robust engineering practices in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes using chemical engineering fundamentals
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, equipment specifications, and process control strategies
- Deliver small-scale process installations and modifications from concept to completion
- Support process safety, functional specifications, and technical risk mitigation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
- 3–10 years’ experience in process engineering (R&D or pilot environments preferred)
- Hands-on experience with process modifications and process control/instrumentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable Experience
- Flammable or explosive atmospheres, dust handling, high-pressure systems
- Functional safety, DSEAR, PFMEA, and pilot or production process design
