Sports Partnership Delivery Manager

We’re Eleven Sports Media – a high-growth sports media business working with some of the biggest names in global sport, including teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and Premier League.
We’re looking for a Delivery & Production Manager to lead operational delivery across our global rights-holder and partner network. You’ll oversee artwork, content delivery, and production workflows across LED and IPTV platforms – making sure every asset lands on time and to spec. You’ll also lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and support onboarding of new teams and leagues.
During the U.S. sports season, this role requires flexibility to work U.S. hours including some evening calls. Outside of season, standard flexible working applies with occasional calls across time zones.

What you\’ll be doing

• Own and manage the full production and delivery schedule across all partner and rights-holder assets
• Oversee artwork approvals, playlist checks, and LED/IPTV content uploads
• Lead pre-season audits to ensure all platforms and systems are ready
• Be the day-to-day contact for U.S. rights-holders (NFL, NBA, NHL)
• Manage the onboarding and delivery integration for new teams
• Ensure partner web pages and digital assets are live, accurate and up to date
• Lead and support a small delivery team, ensuring output quality and accountability
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve scalability and efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in sports operations, media delivery, or digital production
• Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and stakeholders
• Experience managing production timelines and delivery to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM or digital workflow systems (Salesforce is a bonus)
• A proactive, solution-focused approach – able to take ownership and get things done
