Who we are
At Eleven Sports Media, we create community-focused partnerships that connect local businesses with some of the biggest names in sport. Over the last 15 years, we’ve built a track record working with the Premier League, EFL, NFL, NBA, MLS and more – helping clubs strengthen their fan experience and giving small businesses a platform in a space usually reserved for global brands.
The role
We’re on the lookout for a Partnerships Executive to join our Partnerships Team in Manchester. You’ll play a key role in managing relationships with our rights-holders in the UK and US, making sure everything we’ve promised is delivered to a high standard. You’ll also take ownership of relationships with some of our clubs, giving you the chance to have real impact early on. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, confident with people, and excited about building a career in sports partnerships.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of clubs and rights-holders.
- Make sure all contracted rights are delivered smoothly and add value.
- Track performance and report on return on investment.
- Work closely with other Eleven teams, representing Partnerships across the business.
- Support with events, activations and matchday experiences for brand partners.
- Pull together reports, updates and presentations to keep partnerships moving.
What we’re looking for
- Communicates well and can build strong relationships – even when conversations get tricky
- Stays organised, pays attention to the detail, and brings a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Works well as part of a team and enjoys celebrating collective wins.
- Is curious about the way sport, business and communities connect.
- Has (or wants to build) experience in sponsorships, partnerships or brand activations.
- Bonus: understands how social media and digital campaigns can bring partnerships to life.
- Is flexible – our work often involves supporting US teams and attending events outside the standard 9–5, so you’ll need to be happy adjusting your hours when the action’s happening.
What you’ll get
- Competitive salary + annual profit bonus.
- 31 days holiday (inc. bank holidays) plus your birthday off.
- Regular socials and company events.
- Access to personal development opportunities.
- Cycle, tech and car schemes.
- Gym membership.
