What you’ll do:
- Lead the day-to-day relationships with key stakeholders at selected teams and Eleven rights-holders.
- Ensure the smooth delivery of all contracted rights, tracking performance and demonstrating return on investment for each rights-holder.
- Strong internal communication with key Eleven stakeholders, representing the Partnerships Team in cross-departmental forums as required.
- Support the Partnerships Events Team to deliver best-in-class events for Eleven’s brand partners, acting as the conduit to the team to ensure the efficient delivery and utilization of contracted assets and supporting in an operational capacity at key events throughout the season.
- Production of weekly reports, communications and presentations to support the delivery of each rights-holder partnership, and ad hoc projects as required.
What we're looking for:
- An effective operator who is personable, detailed and a strong communicator both written and verbal
- A problem solver with a can-do attitude who is adaptable and eager to be involved across several different areas and functions of the business.
- Understanding of sports marketing strategies and branding principles. A Creative marketeer, able to inspire and persuade at all levels within an organisation
- Community-oriented, with a strong desire to help Eleven make a difference in the communities it represents
- A capability to negotiate and be able to hold sensitive and challenging discussions on occasion.
- Negotiating sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns, and content strategies, which are essential for partnership activations in today’s digital landscape.
