This is not a conventional recruiter role — you’ll own complex, high-impact technical hiring end to end, from shaping the search strategy through to closing truly exceptional talent. You’ll be a key member of a small, high-powered team that’s redefining quality of hire and pushing the boundaries of how world-class technical talent is found, engaged, and hired. If you’re energized by ownership, creative problem-solving, and building hiring systems that scale — this role will stretch and level up your career. Designing and executing thoughtful search strategies — from market mapping and outreach to interview design and closing. Managing multiple complex searches simultaneously without sacrificing candidate experience or quality. Continuously improving how we hire by iterating on processes, tooling, and data-driven insights. Proven experience hiring top-tier engineering and technical talent in competitive markets (we’d love to see ~3+ years, but impact matters more than years). Comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote-first environments and collaborating across global time zones.
