About the role:
We're hiring our first GTM Enablement – Partnerships Lead to build the foundation of how ElevenLabs enables, trains, and scales its global partner ecosystem. This is a 0-to-1 builder role. You will define the strategy, build the infrastructure, and execute hands‑on as we scale.
What sets this role apart: we’re looking for someone with a technical foundation. You’ve been in the room for complex API integrations, agent deployments, or voice AI implementations. You understand what it takes for a partner’s solutions engineer to confidently build and demo on our platform – because you’ve been that person. You’ll translate that credibility into world‑class enablement that bridges the gap between product capability and partner execution.
This role sits within Sales Enablement and reports to the Sales Enablement Lead, International. You will work in close partnership with Revenue Partnerships (owning partner pipeline and commercial strategy) and Partner Success (owning partner adoption, outcomes, and long‑term success). You will support a global network of resellers, systems integrators (SIs), and technology partners. While partner enablement is your primary focus, you’ll also support internal Sales Enablement across AE, SDR, and CSM roles as needs arise. This is a full‑stack enablement role on a lean team – you’ll build content, deliver training, design e‑learning, and flex across audiences as the business requires. This is a player‑coach role. There are no direct reports initially; as the function scales, there may be an opportunity to build a team.
Own the partner enablement foundation:
- Design and own ElevenLabs’ global partner enablement strategy across onboarding, certification, and ongoing mastery.
- Define what “Partner Ready” means at ElevenLabs and build the path to get partners there.
- Establish scalable frameworks that support multiple partner types (resellers, SIs, technology partners).
Build partner onboarding and certification:
- Create structured onboarding journeys for new partners, with role‑based tracks for Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Delivery.
- Design and maintain partner certification programs – including a Technical Certification covering API integration, agent configuration, voice AI deployment, and solution architecture.
- Build hands‑on labs, sandbox environments, and technical exercises that give partner SEs real implementation experience before they go to market.
- Ensure partners can confidently pitch, demo, scope, and build ElevenLabs solutions end‑to‑end.
Establish the Partner Academy:
- Own and evolve the partner learning infrastructure (LMS/PRM).
- Enable scalable, self‑serve onboarding, certification, and continuous learning for external partner users.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure content stays accurate, current, and aligned with product evolution.
Enable the commercial motion:
- Work closely with Revenue Partnerships to align enablement with pipeline motions, target accounts, and priority use cases.
- Develop partner‑facing sales assets including technical playbooks, integration guides, architecture blueprints, demo scripts, discovery guides, competitive positioning, and use‑case narratives.
- Ensure partners understand not just who to sell to and why ElevenLabs wins – but how to architect and implement solutions that land and expand.
Create enablement content:
- Build and maintain enablement materials including playbooks, training decks, videos, workshops, and LMS content.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Product to translate messaging and roadmap updates into partner‑ready materials.
Use ElevenLabs AI in enablement:
- Use ElevenLabs’ voice and agent technology to create localized, voice‑enabled training content.
- Demonstrate the power of the ElevenLabs platform through the enablement experience itself.
Deliver live and async training:
- Facilitate live virtual partner trainings, technical workshops, and certifications across regions and time zones.
- Design async learning paths that scale globally.
Measure and improve partner readiness:
- Define and track enablement KPIs such as partner time‑to‑first‑deal, certification completion rates, technical certification pass rates, partner‑sourced deal velocity, and post‑implementation quality scores.
- Partner with Partner Success to connect enablement efforts to partner performance outcomes.
- Use data and feedback to continuously iterate on programs.
Shape the function:
- Document best practices, establish operating rhythms, and influence how partner enablement evolves as the ecosystem scales.
What success looks like (first 6–9 months):
- 80%+ of strategic partners certified across Sales and Technical tracks.
- Partner time‑to‑first‑deal under 90 days.
- Enablement directly supporting partner‑sourced pipeline.
- Partner Academy (LMS/PRM) fully launched with global adoption.
- Clear, repeatable “how to sell ElevenLabs” playbooks across top use cases.
Requirements:
- 4–7+ years of experience in partner enablement, solutions engineering, implementation, sales enablement, or GTM enablement in a SaaS or platform company.
- At least 2 years enabling channel, services, or technology partners.
- Hands‑on comfort with APIs, webhooks, developer tooling, and modern AI/ML platforms – you can read API docs, run a Postman collection, and credibly lead a technical workshop.
- Proven experience building enablement programs from scratch in fast‑moving environments.
- Full‑stack enablement skills: live facilitation, content creation, e‑learning development, and presentation design.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales motions and partner‑led growth.
- Experience designing both live and self‑serve training, including certification programs.
- Confident facilitator and presenter for global, external audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Revenue Partnerships, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking enablement effectiveness.
- Comfortable operating across global time zones and cultures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Location: Remote‑first, globally distributed role. We have a strong preference for candidates based in Europe or the UK, to enable close collaboration with the Sales Enablement Lead, International and London HQ. Exceptional candidates outside Europe will be considered if they can operate effectively across European and US time zones.
Benefits: ElevenLabs offers competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Additional benefits include innovative culture, growth paths, learning & development stipend, social travel stipend, annual company offsite, and co‑working stipend. All employees are eligible for equity, health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
