About the role
We are looking for an experienced GTM Proposals Manager to lead our proposals for high-value opportunities with government agencies and large enterprise clients. This strategic role requires a seasoned professional who knows how to navigate complex procurement processes, build compelling narratives around our technology, and identify new RFPs.

Lead end-to-end proposal development for government RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise procurement opportunities

Identify new RFP opportunities with governments and strategic enterprises

Manage multiple concurrent proposals with varying timelines and complexity levels

Coordinate all stakeholders within ElevenLabs to ensure comprehensive responses

Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to third-party procurement processes

Provide training and coaching as necessary to team members on the proposal process, review process, and/or writing process and best practices

Give support with writing, editing, and feedback process of proposals (technical and format)

Continuously improve the proposal management process, content, tools, and templates
Requirements
-
7+ years of experience in proposal management, with significant government and enterprise focus

Proven track record of winning large-scale technology proposals ($1M+ value)

Deep understanding of the UK government procurement processes and compliance requirements

Exceptional writer, storytelling and detail-oriented skills

Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
