Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Environment Artist to join a brand new studio, founded by a talented team who had been responsible for one of the most successful action franchises over the last couple of decades.
We are looking for a Lead Environment Artist who is happy to be hands on, grow a team and work on a brand new IP and help make it a success!
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team of environment artists, while remaining hands on
- Ensure all art is in line with the artistic vision of the game
- Support and mentor members of your team, providing coaching and assistance
- As a team work a generalists across environments and props
Essential Skills:
- Over 10 years of art experience in games
- Experience leading an art team on a AAA game project
- Able to create realistic environments to a high standard
- Passionate about making the art as well as leading a tram
