Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lead Environment Artist to join a brand new studio, founded by a talented team who had been responsible for one of the most successful action franchises over the last couple of decades.

We are seeking a Lead Environment Artist who is happy to be hands-on, grow a team, and work on a brand new IP to help make it a success!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a small team of environment artists while remaining hands-on.
  2. Ensure all art aligns with the artistic vision of the game.
  3. Support and mentor team members, providing coaching and assistance.
  4. Work as a generalist across environments and props as a team.

Essential Skills:

  1. Over 10 years of art experience in games.
  2. Experience leading an art team on a AAA game project.
  3. Able to create realistic environments to a high standard.
  4. Passionate about making art as well as leading a team.
