What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same, but you'll be: • Supporting people to live independently while promoting choice, dignity and respect. • Encouraging people to stay connected with family, friends and their local community. • Assisting with daily living tasks including shopping, household duties and managing finances. • Providing person-centred personal care where required. • Supporting individuals to access hobbies, interests and community activities. • Helping people achieve their personal goals and celebrate their successes. • Driving the service vehicle where required.
