Eleven 11 Recruitment is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic School Support Staff to work in primary and secondary schools across Norfolk on a temporary basis.

We are looking for:

  • Teaching Assistants (TAs)
  • Learning Support Assistants (LSAs)
  • SEN Support Staff
  • Classroom Support Workers

These rewarding roles involve supporting pupils in their learning and development, helping to create a positive and inclusive educational environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils
  • Assisting children with additional learning needs and special educational needs (SEN)
  • Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
  • Helping to maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students with their social, emotional, and educational development

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people
  • Experience within an educational or support setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • Right to work in the UK - Please note that Eleven 11 Recruitment is unable to provide visa sponsorship for these positions. Candidates currently holding a Skilled Worker Visa may be eligible to undertake additional hours in line with current UK visa regulations and are welcome to apply, provided they have the appropriate right to work documentation
