Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for passionate education professionals to deliver personalised learning one-to-one.

Location: Suffolk

Pay: £15 - £35 per hour

Contract: Zero hours / Part-time / Full-time

Schedule: Term-time, flexitime

About the Role

Are you ready to make a real difference by working one-to-one with young people outside of the traditional classroom? You will work with pupils in quiet community settings or alternative education environments, creating bespoke learning plans tailored to each young person's academic level, emotional needs, and learning style. This is a highly rewarding role where building strong relationships is just as important as teaching. This is a self-employed, term-time role with flexible scheduling.

Who We Support

Our pupils range from Key Stage 1 to GCSE and may have:

  • SEMH needs
  • Autism (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Anxiety, school refusal, or exclusion histories

We are looking for patient, adaptable adults who believe in second chances and small wins.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Knowledge of the UK curriculum
  • Minimum 2 days availability per week
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business insurance required)
  • Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

  • QTS, HLTA, SEN experience
  • First Aid qualification
