What you'll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and communication needs in daily activities.
- Encouraging independence and community engagement.
- Supporting social activities and helping maintain relationships with family and friends.
- Assisting with shopping, household tasks and day-to-day living.
- Supporting with personal care where required.
- Helping create a positive, enjoyable and safe environment every day.
- Driving service users using mobility vehicles where needed.
What we're looking for:
- Full UK manual driving licence – essential.
- Access to your own vehicle – essential.
- Flexible approach to working shifts across weekdays and weekends.
- Positive, caring and reliable attitude.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
Shift patterns include:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm / 4:00pm.
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm.
- 12:00pm – 4:00pm / 10:00pm.
- No night shifts.
