Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for Support Workers based in Tadley. No experience in social care is required – just a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in supporting others. Full accredited training is provided free of charge, including Health and Social Care Diplomas to support your development and future career progression.
The services in Tadley support individuals with complex health needs and a range of learning disabilities. The ideal candidate will either have experience in similar environments or be interested in developing shared interests and hobbies with the people they support. A flexible communication style and a compassionate approach are essential. There are two services located close to each other, and you may be required to work across both locations.
Requirements:
- Full UK manual driving licence essential
- Comfortable driving service vehicles
- No previous care experience required
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Genuine interest in supporting others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Shift Pattern:
- 39 hours per week for full-time positions
- Part-time hours around 30 hours may also be considered
- 5 shifts across a 7-day rota
- Day shifts: 7:00am – 2:30pm / 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Very occasional waking night shifts: 10:00pm – 7:00am (primarily day shifts)
- Shift patterns are issued with at least 6 weeks' notice where possible

- Assisting with budgeting, household tasks, and shopping
