Eleven 11 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Registered Manager for a Childrens Home (Solo/Dual).

Location: Kings Lynn, Norfolk

Salary: £42,624 - £45,793 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Maximum job rate: £49,566 (performance related)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time

The Role

  • Join an experienced Care Management Team alongside a number of other Registered Managers, including those managing solo or dual homes, and lead a team passionate about nurturing each child's potential.
  • Lead, develop and support your team using a trauma-informed, child-centred care model that underpins all practice.
  • Work closely with an established Therapeutic Team who provide advice, tools and guidance to embed nurturing, trauma-informed care.
  • Provide effective support to staff through reflective supervision, guidance and annual appraisals, supported by a comprehensive specialist workforce training programme.
  • Work in partnership with children and young people, their families and friends, colleagues and external agencies to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a Staying Connected service to support positive transitions when young people move on from care, reflecting a long-term commitment to their wellbeing.

  • Strong experience in childrens residential care and leadership.
  • A relevant qualification (minimum childcare-related Diploma Level 3).
