The Role

Eleven 11 Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Childrens Residential Support Worker for a specialist residential service in Mundesley. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people within a residential care setting, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where they can grow, build independence, and achieve positive outcomes. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to young people who may have experienced trauma and require additional emotional and behavioural support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential setting

About You

Training & Development

Opportunity to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (fully funded) within the first 24 months. Ongoing training and professional development support.

Salary & Hours

Full-time: 38 hours per week. Includes a combination of shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights. Sleep-ins paid at £64.95 per night (typically 5 per month). Basic salary range: £25,174 - £25,585 (excluding sleep-ins).
