Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Male Support Worker to join a specialist Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) service in Hildenborough.

This specialist service supports five men with learning disabilities, autism, communication needs and behaviours of concern. This is a rewarding but highly specialist position where your experience, approach and values will have a direct impact on the people you support.
Due to the rural location of the service, applicants must have access to transport, such as a car or motorbike. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours of concern within a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) environment is essential.
You'll appreciate the importance of consistency and recognise that the relationships you build can significantly improve a person's confidence, wellbeing and overall quality of life. The people you support deserve opportunities to develop new skills, access their local community and make meaningful choices. You'll play a key role in helping them achieve this every day.
