Eleven 11 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Referral Coordinator. We are seeking an organised and proactive Referral Coordinator to join a busy Education Services team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident building effective working relationships with local authorities, schools, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process all incoming referrals, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication.
- Coordinate internal consultations and support the development of tailored education packages.
- Maintain referral tracking systems, monitor timelines, and support smooth onboarding of learners.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and commissioning requirements.
- Support invoicing processes by maintaining accurate placement data, including start and end dates, and liaising with finance teams.
- Monitor tutor rates, budgets, and mileage claims, ensuring records are accurate and appropriately approved.
- Contribute to service development by analysing referral trends and supporting growth initiatives.
