Eleven 11 Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join a friendly and dedicated team supporting individuals in Eastry. This is a fantastic opportunity whether you already have experience in care or are looking for a career change. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and communication needs in daily activities
- Encouraging independence and community engagement
- Supporting social activities and helping maintain relationships with family and friends
- Assisting with shopping, household tasks and day-to-day living
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Helping create a positive, enjoyable and safe environment every day
- Driving service users using mobility vehicles where needed
What we're looking for:
- Full UK manual driving licence – essential
- Access to your own vehicle – essential
- Flexible approach to working shifts across weekdays and weekends
- Positive, caring and reliable attitude
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
Shift patterns include:
- 7:00am – 2:00pm / 4:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 12:00pm – 4:00pm / 10:00pm
- No night shifts
