Salary: £27,045 per annum (pro rata) + £1,200 Complexity Enhancement per annum (pro rata)

This is a rewarding opportunity to support three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism and complex challenging behaviours, helping them to live fulfilling, active and as-independent-as-possible lives.

About the Role You'll be supporting three brothers with their individual needs, promoting independence, choice, dignity and wellbeing.
The role is varied and hands-on, with a strong focus on supporting the individuals to participate fully in their local community, maintain relationships with family and friends, and enjoy activities that are meaningful to them.
You'll need to be proactive, quick-thinking and genuinely enthusiastic about supporting people across all aspects of their daily lives.
What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same, but you'll be
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and encouraging independence.
- Supporting people to access their local community and participate in social activities.
- Helping individuals maintain relationships with family and friends.
- Assisting with financial management and everyday budgeting.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable home environment.
- Supporting with shopping and household duties.
- Providing and encouraging person-centred personal care where required.
- Supporting individuals to pursue their interests, hobbies and activities.
- Helping people achieve their personal goals and enjoy a fulfilling life.
- Approaching your work with enthusiasm and taking pride in the difference you make.
