We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimise the supply chain operations within the aerospace manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans aligned with the organization's aerospace business objectives.
- Manage SIOP processes, supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of materials and products.
- Lead a team of purchasing & supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Analyse supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
