With a commitment to excellence, sustainability, and food safety, the family run business are seeking a dedicated Quality & Compliance Officer to join the team and help maintain industry-leading standards.
As a Quality & Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations, internal quality policies, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations (BRC, HACCP, and customer audits).
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Monitor product quality, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and labelling regulations.
- Provide training and support to production teams on quality and compliance procedures.
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure product integrity and satisfaction.
