Elevation Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a fantastic business based in Northampton, who are looking for a commercial leader to join the team. They are seeking a Head of FP&A with real commercial flair, someone confident to step up and act as the commercial lead for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to provide commercial and financial insight that drives growth and profitability
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and long‑term planning with accurate, actionable analysis
• Develop reporting and dashboards to highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic initiatives and performance improvement projects
• Ensure alignment between operational and financial planning
• Build and lead a high‑performing FP&A and Commercial Finance team

Key Skills

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post‑qualification experience
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance background in complex or multi‑site environments
• Advanced skills in Power BI or equivalent, data warehousing, and dynamic financial modelling
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Commercially minded, analytical, and proactive
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
